Economic Development
Holbrook is a member of the Furnas-Harlan-Partnership, an economic development organization that works actively to promote the business future of this area.
Local groups include the Health Board which has worked to clean up abandoned properties in town and improve safety issues for everyone in the community. Abandoned vehicles have also been targeted for removal from our town. There is a working Clean Up Committee and the Park Improvement Committee has plans to add playground equipment to the existing park along Highways 6 & 34.
